When a new show premiers on television, like The Voice, America Idol or America’s Got Talent, we can’t help but watch. But why are these shows so intriguing?

The Voice

We love The Voice because the name describes exactly what it’s all about! The four judges are not allowed to see the performer initially. They listen to the contestant’s voice, and if they like what they hear, they turn around and see the person behind that magnificent voice.

That’s all he intended to do, but the judges– Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan– all begged him to audition again.
